Community guidelines
Holleround helps people enjoy their local community together. These rules protect that purpose.
Be useful and honest
Share real experiences, relevant photos, and good-faith opinions. Honest criticism is welcome. Fake first-hand claims, spam, scams, and unrelated promotion are not.
Keep people safe
Do not threaten, harass, stalk, dox, impersonate, or target people. Never post private addresses, sensitive personal information, dangerous instructions, sexual exploitation, or content that encourages trespassing.
Respect photos and privacy
Upload photos you are allowed to share and that belong with the place. Avoid identifiable children, private information, graphic content, or copyrighted advertising used as though it were your own photo. Holleround rebuilds uploaded images to remove embedded GPS and EXIF metadata, then reviews them before publication.
Reports and decisions
Use the report control on a post or profile. Reporting hides a post from your feed immediately. Holleround may reject or hide content, restrict accounts, preserve limited evidence, and escalate credible emergencies. Reporter identities are not disclosed to the reported person.
If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; Holleround is not an emergency service.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, email support@holleround.com with your account email and a short explanation. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents.
